FatBack takes great pride in getting to work with dedicated farmers across the great state of Alabama and throughout the Southeast. We truly believe in increasing the number of small private farms, not just scaling an individual operation. 

Every farm has its own personality and we love getting to work with each farmer and share ideas on crafting the art of raising hogs. Every farm participates in its own way to the success of FatBack. Some farms make great sausage pigs while others execute our fresh pork protocol and some offer all services.
